Hello Everyone,

On Saturday at 7:00am it was cloudy and rainy at the hospital. I asked God if He could clear the skies for this very special day. By 8:00am my prayer had been answered. SWEET SUNSHINE!!!!

Mingie and I have seen pictures and friends and Family have shared with us what a truly special day it was.We are so grateful to ALL OF YOU for your efforts, especially to all of the kids who came out to show their Love and support for Brent and our Family. Some supporters who don't even know Brent were there to show their support. We have a truly incredible community.

We certainly do not want to leave anyone out during this message and it is with sincere gratitude we say "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU To each and every person who participated in the fundraiser. Now that is some truly amazing school spirit Go Chargers!!!!

Brent also had a good day on Saturday. No doubt he felt the positive energy coming over from ETHS. AS of today, Sunday Brent had another good day. He opened his eyes for a moment and that was so exciting for us. he has managed to breathe on his own for two full days without a respirator which is a huge step towards his recovery. He remains in a coma in PICU but gives us hope with some occasional body movements and facial expressions. Please continue to pray for Brent that he may open his eyes again and keep them open. We are talking to Brent regularly and of course told him all about the fundraiser ,in his honor. We will keep everyone posted on his progress as time permits and if for any reason we are not able Bobbi has offered her services. Thank you Bobbi for that kind gesture and for your role in the very successful fundraiser for Brent and our Family.
